Terms of Service
1. Appointment Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
4. Health Considerations
Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
5. Client Conduct
We maintain a professional environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
6. Liability
By booking an appointment, you agree that St Germain Spa and its staff are not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after treatment.
